Clients recieve reports after each dog walking service provided. Our convenient online portal allows you to check when your dog was picked up and dropped off in real time. You'll have peace of mind knowing the exact time your pet was visited by our team.

Keys (or home access) are collected at the initial meet and greet. We keep your house key safe and secure. Our business is insured and bonded, and we will happily provide proof upon request. Team members providing any services in the home are required to provide clean criminal record checks. Our client testimonials demonstrate our commitment to respecting your home and privacy.

Rover employees are casual and are only given cursory training. Our staff are hand-selected for a match with our values and culture, and trained as Pet Care Specialists that watch for important health and behaviour signals from your pet. Before your first dog walk or pet sit, you will have the opportunity to meet the primary Pet Care Specialist selected to provide services. All team members receive an orientation on your file and are fully briefed on your pet's routine, health and special instructions regarding your home. Black Collar Society is a team. We recognize that life happens and unexpected circumstances may arise. If your primary Pet Care Specialist is unavailable, we will always have another trained Pet Care Specialist who is familiar with your pet and ready to provide the same quality of service you've become accustomed to.

No problem! We offer preferred rates for multiple dogs within the same household.

All of our daily dog walks and pet visits occur between 10am and 2pm, 7 days a week. Traffic, weather and other factors often impact the time of our arrival, so we are unable to guarantee specific time slots. We may be able to accommodate requests outside of our midday service block. We always do our best to accommodate last minute requests for dog walking and pet visits, however we schedule staff according to our daily roster in advance and can't guarantee availability.
